The transfer from Michael Cuisance (21) to Leeds United is on the finish line. After the Bavarians have given the French the approval, he is to complete the medical check in England on Wednesday.
Cuisance (contract until 2024) has been playing for the triple winner since 2019, struggling over long distances of last season. Only towards the end of the season did Hansi Flick use him more often. The Premier League promoter is expected to pay around 20 million euros in cash for the Frenchman. According to the English media, Cuisance is to receive a five-year contract. Interesting: Supposedly, the contract will include a buy-back clause for FC Bayern. Although FC Bayern’s squad is very thin after several departures, Flick and those responsible let Cuisance go – after just one season there are doubts as to whether the difficult character can be integrated into the Bavarian team.
Leeds United sees Bavarian player Robin Koch (24) as the second new addition to the Bundesliga.
